How do I recover my password?
Click on the LOGIN link in the upper right corner of any page. This will take you to a screen where you can click on the recover it here option.

How do I recover my username?
If you cannot remember the username for your account, please contact us and a representative will assist you.

How can I join the CMS Community?

You can join the CMS Community by registering as a business or a free account.

How do I create free account at CMSPlace.com?

You can create a free account by clicking on the Create Free Account link in the upper right corner of any page. This will take you to a screen where you can register by adding your information. Then you will get an email and a link to activate your account. Open the link and your account will be activated and ready to use.

How do I change the free account to business account?

You can convert your free account into a business account by login in it and click on Apply for Business Membership. This will take you to a screen where you can submit your business information.

How do I create a business account?

You can create a business account by clicking on the Create Business Account link in the upper right corner of any page. This will take you to a screen where you can register by adding your information. Then you will get an email and a link to activate your account. Open the link and your business account will be activated and ready to use.

What are the differences between the free and business account?

When you login as a free account you can see all the CMS products, you can make bookmarks on products and businesses, you can add your comments and ratings, you can see the latest activity and you can join the boards conversation. When you login as a business account above all these you can add and update your products.

How do I edit my profile?

You can edit your profile by loggin in. Go to Members Area, and in User Area select Edit User Profile.

What are the benefits of a free account?

In your free account you can see the products, the user profile and make changes if necessary. You can create and access bookmarks on products and developers, add comments and ratings, and have access to all board activities and follow the latest activity on the site.

What are the benefits of a business account?

In your business account you can access:
- the User Area with the profile (that you can modify if necessary), bookmarks created on businesses and products, comments and ratings, and board activities,
- the Developer Area with the profile, the connections (outgoing, incoming and active connections), the comments and ratings, the newsletter, the photo gallery and the directories,
- the Product Area with all the products and their information.

How can I add and edit a product profile?

In order to add and edit a product profile you need to be logged in as a business account (the same you used when you created the original product) go to Product Area and then to Add your products. If you want to see all the activity around your product click on your product's title then go to Manage product and edit its profile and photos, see all the comments and ratings.

How do I update my CMS product?

In order to update your product you need to be logged in as a business account (the same you used when you created the original product) go to Product Area, click on your product's title then go to Manage product and edit its profile and photos, see all the comments and ratings. You'll now be able to update the details and features of your CMS product. When you are finished, be sure to click on the submit button at the bottom of the page.

How can I establish connections with other businesses enlisted in CMSPlace?

You can establish connection with other businesses enlisted in CMSPlace when you navigate on their pages and access the Connections button. Submit your information. This will send them an email and after they will accept your invitation you can connect and ask your questions directly.

How can I subscribe to other businesses newsletter?

You can subscribe to other businesses newsletter when you navigate on their pages and access the Subscribe button. Submit your information. This will send them an email and after they will accept your subscription request you will receive their newsletter.

How do I report incorrect product data?

To report incorrect or outdated information, please contact us and let us know that product is outdated or has incorrect data. Your input is valuable to us. We appreciate all of the community members who help us with ensuring the product data is correct and up to date. Since we rely on the developers to add/maintain the data (and don't use our staff for that) we really depend on you and appreciate your great efforts.

To hear from you is important to us! If you want to report a bug, please contact us with a detailed description of the problem, and we'll look into it as soon as possible! If you have a suggestion, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know what is on your mind.

Which browser works best with CMSPlace?

We recommend using Internet Explorer 7 or higher, or the most recent versions of Firefox or Chrome. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please make sure you are using one of our approved browsers before reporting the problem.

Is CMSPlace free?

Membership is completely free. Your membership includes lots of free features. You can enlist your products with all the information you want and update it whenever you consider. You can make bookmarks on developers and products and make connections with other businesses. Also, you can make and manage newsletter, participate in our community by adding comments and ratings and be an active part on board topics.
